CME is building a unique educational program for TV Nova, rooted in original approaches to storytelling, television content, and technology.
FAMU
The CME Content Academy is a joint initiative between TV Nova and FAMU – the Film and TV School of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague.
FAMU is one of the three faculties of AMU (Academy of Performing Arts) and is dedicated to film, television, photography, and new media education.
- FAMU is part of AMU, a leading arts university based in Prague.
- It prepares students for careers in film, television, audiovisual production, and digital media.

To inspire and train the next generation of creative television professionals – writers, showrunners, directors, producers, and editors – and give them the opportunity to create original content across our channels.
Our Mission
To build a school where top industry experts can help emerging talent find their voice and shape their ideas. Through hands-on experience at TV Nova and Markíza, students gain practical knowledge and a real path into the industry – one that responds to the growing need for skilled, creative professionals in television.
The CME Content Academy breaks down barriers to entering the television industry.
It gives students the time, space, and financial support they need to grow their creative skills – whether in scripted or unscripted formats, reality, or entertainment programming.
The year-long, multidisciplinary course is designed to equip students with the practical skills and collaborative mindset needed to thrive as professionals in 21st-century television.
CME Content Academy removes barriers to entering the TV industry and offers students the time, space, and financial security to help them develop their craft in fiction, non-fiction, reality, and entertainment programming.
This comprehensive, multi-disciplinary two-year course is designed to teach students the absolute must-have skills to become collaborative TV professionals in the 21st century.

CME and TV-I are building a great educational program for TV NOVA and TV Markíza based on original approaches that focus on TV content, storytelling, and technology.
Television Institute is a provider of theoretical education founded in Brno by Dr. Kamila Zlatušková, a recognized producer, teacher, and founder of the Serial Killer festival; and Jiří Hlavenka, a respected visionary, innovator, and IT investor.
Our vision: To inspire and train talented young people to be tomorrow’s leaders in television: scriptwriters, showrunners, directors, producers, and editors. To offer them opportunities at our television stations to create content that showcases the unique voice of the Czech and Slovak peoples.
Our mission: To create a school where the best in the television industry can teach this new generation how to develop their voices and their ideas. To give them practical experience at TV Nova and Markiza that can be the foundation for a successful career with us, and fill the need for talented, highly-trained individuals in our industry.
